Wow Blizzard thought "this place is so empty" I wonder if any herds been here before or any horse for that matter. He started to wander around when he found a hoofprint a small one. He thought "this must blong to a mare" no stallion's hoofprint is this small. He wandered around some more but remebered about his own land. "someone could take over my land while I am gone" he thought so he galloped away back to his land but took one glance back and thought "I will return".

Eclipse watched as the white stallion galloped away. "Had he not seen me?" She whispered aloud. Turning around she went back to the lake and gazed into its depths wandering if it was time to go home... Shaking her mane she walked to a sunny spot full of lush grass. Lowering her head she started to tear at the juicy stalks.

He came back to the pond forest as it was his favorite place to rest. He walked around eating the lush green grass. While nibbling he saw some grass that has been nibbled off. He looked around but no one was here. When he was about to leave he saw a single black hair. It was the blackest black he had ever seen. He wondered wow this mare must be one beautiful mare. He galloped back home.

Star Garnet waded in the cool waters of the pond, drinking deeply. The liquid was clear as glass, and you could see the many fish and bunches of weed swaying with the current of the water. The occasional turtle popped his head out of the water for air, and the dove back into the bottoms of the pond.
Though she knew that the territory here was friendly, Star felt uneasy and anxious. Whom might she meet? Could there possibly be another herd that would accept her as their own? Would she survive and prosper in this strange, new land?

Eclipse can trotting into the territory of Pond Forest. She knew only a few horses that had come to her land but she knew that it was only a matter of time before a larger herd came to take it over. Deep in thought she went to the edge of the water and took a drink of the smooth water. A slight breeze came through the area bringing the sent of an unknown horse. "uh oh.." she thought. "Has the time come already?" She lifted her head causiously but only met the eyes of a lone horse.
"Hello...Who are you?" She asked in a curious voice walking over to the other mare.

Lifting her majestic head, Star Garnet flicked her vision towards the strange horse that had inturrupted her peace. "Star Garnet. And who might you be?" She delicately bobbed her head in greeting, hoping that she could befriend this equine so that she might find a place to call her own.
She gazed at the thin legs and intricate muscles that laced through this mare's body, amazed that one of her dinky cousins could come off as powerful and full of raw power. But, who knew? Maybe she was the only one who thought that.

Eclipse sheeok her delicate head and looked at Star Garnet. "I am Eclipse, I am the mare who claimed this land. My parents were the leaders if this land but that is a different story. If you are looking for a play to stay my land is open to you if you need a place to stay!!" She walked over to the pand and eased her body into the water and took a swim. She watched Star Garnet from the corner of her eyes. The mare was trim and well muscular.

"You must be proud of your heritage." Star Garnet murmured, before dipping her head low to drink agian from the sweet waters. She puzzled over whether she should stay here, in this mysterious land, that called to her, lured her to discover more. She felt no threat, so Star Garnet again lifted her head and angled it towards Eclipse. "I have decided to stay and discover more about this land. I might not stay long though."

Eclipse closed her eyes and took a deep breath before openning them again. "I'm not really that great." She whispered in reply. "And you may stay here as long as you please. Just remember that you are always welcome!"

The sides of Star Garnet's mouth turned up into a horse's smile, showing that she appreciated the welcome. "Thank you, Eclipse." She looked at the sky, puzzling over what other horses she may meet along the way.
